Senior Class Registration
Mission
This Senior Class will focus on having fun while improving coordination and strength through taiko rhythms and movements. We will also work on balancing both sides of the body. The history of taiko, in particular Oswua Taiko, will also be covered.
Age Goup
Mature adults who wish to participate in fun light exercise.
When and Where?
Date: Thursdays, next class sessions starts in October.
Time: 5-6pm
